We do have a cancellation fee of $50-$100 depending on the size of your group. Once you make the reservation there are no cancellations for any reason. If cancelled your credit card will be charged the fee. Do you agree to this fee?

Additional Information, Please Read!!

Your reservation is not complete until we call you to confirm. We will call within 24-48 hours of submitting this form. At that time you will be given a confirmation of your reservation and we will answer any questions you might have. At that time you will need to provide a Visa or Mastercard to hold your reservation. Or you can complete the CC authorization form online and fax that in.

Please make sure that you print out the waiver forms and you are welcome to print and use the invitation as well.

Submitting this form does not guarantee that your time or day requested will be available. Please do not send invitations until we have confirmed your reservation.
