Every player is required to fill out a waiver form

Before you can play:

Prior to registration at Extreme Paintball, each player is required to fill out a waiver form. For minors, they are kept on file for the calendar year. You only have to fill it out once, but it can take a few weeks from your first visit to make our list. To help speed up registration and get you playing right away, please complete the waiver form before you get in line and present it at the registration window at check-in.

All players must sign a release form prior to playing at the park. No exceptions.
Parent signature required for all participants under the age of 18 years of age.

Minimum Age Restrictions:

Paintball Lite 
(Age 7+)
7+ years of age
Recommended ages 7-12
Parent/Legal guardian 
must sign the waiver.

Low-Impact Paintball
(Age 10+)
10-17 years of age
Parent/Legal guardian 
must sign the waiver.

18+ years of age
You must sign the waiver.
Traditional Paintball 
(Age 10+)
10-17 years of age
Parent/Legal guardian 
must sign the waiver.

18+ years of age
You must sign the waiver.
